Our story.

100 years ago, our street was where the working class worked. Our building was a historic hotel where travellers and drifters stopped in to eat, rest, and drink. Hidden down a side street, our space — which began as a saloon and survived prohibition to spend decades as a dive bar — is now enjoying its heyday as a warm, dark, and modern speakeasy.

Off Cut Bar is proof that some things don't change — they just get better.

True to our name, house specialties include dishes that elevate butcher scraps like cheeks, bellies, tails, and offal. Equally adventurous bar fare rounds out the menu, along with craft beers and cocktails, whiskey, and small batch bourbons.
